About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced BIM Project Coordinator to manage and oversee BIM model coordination across architectural and MEP disciplines. In this role, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution, accuracy in BIM models, and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage BIM model coordination across disciplines.
β
Collaborate with project teams to resolve design clashes and improve accuracy.
β
Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones.
β
Ensure BIM models comply with standards, best practices, and company protocols.
β
Manage project information flow and ensure correct data integration.
β
Conduct quality checks to maintain model accuracy.
β
Manage BIM software platforms (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and troubleshoot issues.
β
Oversee project documentation and ensure accessibility for stakeholders.
β
Lead day-to-day coordination and task allocation across teams.
Required Skills & Expertise:
β Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows.
β Project Management: Strong ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
β Communication: Ability to convey complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
β Problem-Solving: Quick and efficient issue resolution in BIM coordination.
β Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and compliance in BIM models.
β BIM Standards Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry best practices and workflows.
β Leadership: Ability to lead BIM implementation and mentor junior staff.
β Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
Experience & Qualifications:
π Experience: Minimum 10 years in a senior managerial role within BIM or related fields.
π Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
π Certifications: A relevant BIM certification or diploma is preferred.
